Responsibilities

• Catering Order Management: Serve as the primary contact for all catering inquiries; Manage orders via phone, email, website, and delivery platforms; Confirm order details, pricing, delivery logistics, and special requests; Coordinate with kitchen/operations teams to ensure accurate preparation and on-time delivery; Maintain an organized pipeline of upcoming orders and follow-ups; Oversee catering invoices, deposits, changes, and cancellations; Ensure exceptional customer communication throughout the process.
• Catering Marketing: Create and execute marketing campaigns specifically aimed at promoting catering services; Manage catering content across social media, newsletters, website, and digital ads; Develop promotional materials, seasonal offerings, and sales collateral; Help maintain and update the catering menu, photos, and product descriptions; Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, schools, and community partners; Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and provide monthly reports.
