This role combines catering duties with occasional hourly restaurant support, requiring friendly, punctual, and adaptable service. A valid vehicle and insurance are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified food handlers and TABC (Texas).
• Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring on-time service.
• Prepare dry goods and food, assemble and verify orders for accuracy.
• Foster relationships with current clients and seek new catering opportunities.
• Fulfill hourly restaurant duties as needed (cashier, guest assistance, line support).
