You will spend about half of your time in daily restaurant operations and half supporting catering, ensuring orders are accurate, prepared on time, and delivered with excellence while upholding our culture of care.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating catering and events preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Own catering execution, ensuring orders are accurate, organized, and ready on time.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and inventory team to prepare for upcoming catering orders.
• Create remarkable guest experiences through clear communication, order follow-up, and gathering feedback.
• Train and develop team members on proper catering processes to build a strong catering team.
• Balance catering responsibilities with daily restaurant operations, approximately 50/50.
