Job summary

ZG Burgers LLC Five Guys is seeking a detail-oriented Catering Order & Marketing Coordinator to oversee catering order management and drive marketing efforts for our catering program. You will serve as the primary contact for catering inquiries and coordinate with kitchen/operations to ensure accurate preparation and on-time delivery.

You will also create and manage marketing campaigns, content across social media and newsletters, and build relationships with corporate clients and community

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all catering inquiries.
• Manage incoming catering orders via phone, email, website, and delivery platforms.
• Confirm order details, pricing, delivery logistics, and special requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen/operations teams to ensure accurate preparation and on-time delivery.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of upcoming orders and follow-ups.
• Oversee catering invoices, deposits, changes, and cancellations.
• Ensure exceptional customer communication throughout the process.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns specifically aimed at promoting catering services.
• Manage catering content across social media, newsletters, website, and digital ads.
• Develop promotional materials, seasonal offerings, and sales collateral.
• Help maintain and update the catering menu, photos, and product descriptions.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, schools, and community partners.
• Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and provide monthly reports.
