Responsibilities

• Provide high-level guest service to guests, team members and vendors.
• Ensure safety of all guests and team members on property.
• Record investigations and incident reports promptly.
• Assist with transfer of money across the property.
• Patrol property during shift to ensure safety and security.
• Enforce company and Virginia Racing Commission rules.
• Stand posts in assigned locations for extended periods.
• Diffuse potential problems and assist during emergencies.
• Control access to the property and restricted areas.
• Respond to calls for assistance immediately.
• Maintain radio contact with base during shift.
• Check IDs for gaming floor admittance and greet guests professionally.
• Maintain crowd control and report violations.
• Prepare written reports and document incidents.
• Report day-to-day activities to supervisor.
• Attend periodic meetings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
