• Successful completion of an in-house training program.
• Ability to communicate and comprehend information in spoken and written English.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A valid driver’s license may be required with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety of guests and employees at the casino/hotel.
• Respond to security incidents and monitor gambling areas for rule infractions.
• Record investigations and incident reports promptly.
• Provide customer service to guests as needed.
• Drive a company vehicle if required during shifts.
• Observe and report procedural violations and emergencies.
• Maintain access control to restricted areas and assist staff during incidents.
