The position offers $17.00 per hour and requires a high school diploma, 6–12 months of security experience, and a valid racing license. Duties include incident response, reporting, access control, and collaboration with staff across shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth department operation following policies and internal controls for responsible gaming and procedures.
• Attend daily briefings and maintain punctual, positive participation.
• Write clear, concise incident reports based on facts.
• Respond to non-routine incidents; notify supervisor as needed.
• Perform currency transports per gaming procedures.
• Communicate with security personnel via two-way radios.
• Respond to guest incidents and resolve complaints fairly.
• Safeguard property assets and sensitive information.
• Provide First Aid and CPR when required.
• Maintain knowledge of gaming laws and company policies to ensure safety.
• Share information within the department and inform management as needed.
• Escalate issues beyond scope to supervisor.
