Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Middletown, OH is seeking a Service Team Member for mid-shift, part-time work. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure fast, accurate checkout with proper cash handling.

You will complete truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising tasks, including planograms, store recovery, and participation in SISO and AD sets. Training on the VOC survey and rewards enrollment is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain store recovery and planograms.
