Michaels, The Michaels Companies, Inc., a leading crafts retailer, is hiring for roles that involve customer service, checkout, and in-store assistance at our Pitt-Beaver/Monaca location. Team members help shoppers, process payments, enroll customers in rewards and credit programs, and support omnichannel services.

Employees participate in truck unloading, stocking, store recovery, and frame shop cross-training, with opportunities for growth and discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to provide fast, friendly checkout experience and help customers find products.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Explain Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain well-merchandised, in-stock store and manage returns/go-backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP compliance.
• Interact respectfully with customers and teammates; demonstrate company values.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
