Job summary

The Case Manager will provide non-clinical case management services to students experiencing a wide range of personal, academic, financial, medical, and other extenuating circumstances at East Carolina University.

Responsibilities include meeting with students to assess needs, coordinating campus and community resources, maintaining documentation, and ensuring FERPA, Clery, and Title IX compliance while collaborating with faculty and campus partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education Leadership, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field.
• Knowledge of legal issues in higher education.
• Experience interacting with the public, parents, students, staff, faculty.

Responsibilities

• Meet with students to assess needs and coordinate resources.
• Provide ongoing case management and crisis response.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the case management system.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, Clery, Title IX and regulations.
• Collaborate with campus partners and faculty to support students of concern.
