Responsibilities

• Case Management (70%): coordinate referrals, intake, and student cases; communicate with deans, health providers, and families.
• Administrative Responsibilities (30%): maintain documentation and reporting; support program operations and processes.
• Coordinate ECU Cares referrals, follow-up services, and, if needed, withdrawal processes for students.
