Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for weekend shifts (2 pm–10 pm) in Utah. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and safety, while delivering high-quality care and customer service.

You will work within a supportive team, following individualized service plans and MBK policies. The position emphasizes dignity, privacy, and compassionate engagement, with opportunities for growth, training, and benefits through MBK's

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• First Aid, CPR certifications required or maintained.
• English literacy and clear communication skills required.
• Background checks, health screening and TB test as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Aid with bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and transfers for residents.
• Monitor safety, report changes in condition and maintain privacy.
• Support residents’ social and emotional well-being.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned.
