MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality daily living assistance to residents in a full-time role at our Utah communities. You will support ADLs, meals, mobility, and wellbeing while upholding safety, privacy, and dignity in every interaction.

The role requires 1+ years of caregiving experience, a high school diploma or GED, and current First Aid/CPR certifications. We offer a rich benefits package and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if state requires) must be maintained through training.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if required.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless state requires.
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Provide meals assistance, transport, and participation in wellness programs as needed.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centered care and maintain resident dignity and safety.
• Support residents’ social and emotional well-being and document in ISP as required.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Monitor residents for changes and report to supervisors promptly.
