Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Caregiver to support residents in daily living activities and well-being. The role emphasizes compassionate, hands-on care within a teamwork-driven environment focused on hospitality and high-quality service.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, safety, and transportation while upholding residents’ dignity and privacy. Training and development are provided, with opportunities for growth within MBK Senior Living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), required.
• First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state) and maintained through training.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Respond to residents’ needs promptly while maintaining dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community as assigned.
• Monitor residents’ condition, report changes, and document in ISP as required.
• Promote safety and participate in wellness programming and resident engagement.
