Job summary

MBK Senior Living is looking for a Caregiver to join our team in the assisted living community. The caregiver will assist residents with ADLs, provide compassionate care, and support residents’ social and emotional well-being with a focus on safety and dignity.

Positions include part-time day-to-day shifts with training and opportunities for growth. Eligible for full-time benefits and a positive, hospitality-driven work environment across MBK’s western communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred; on-the-job training available.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Provide compassionate support and social engagement to residents.
• Ensure safety, privacy, and dignity during care and activities.
• Support transportation, meals, and participation in programs as needed.
• Follow ISP plans and report changes promptly to supervisors.
