Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in daily living activities (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Assist with meals, activities, and transportation as needed.
• Provide safe transfer and mobility support following techniques.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care.
• Document relevant information and report changes to supervisor.
