Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 18 or over and able to work legally.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA preferred.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Background clearances as required by regulation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper resident care.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality service maintaining dignity and safety.
• Record observations and communicate changes to supervisor promptly.
• Support with safety drills and daily community activities.
