Job summary

Spring Arbor of Bowling Green, part of Allegro Living, is seeking compassionate Part-Time Caregivers (Resident Assistants) for Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. Overnight and evening shifts available; no experience required and on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred; personal care assistance experience a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Must meet state certification/licensure requirements and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support dining, meal service, and daily routines.
• Respond to emergency call systems promptly.
• Document changes in residents’ condition and communicate with the care team.
• Maintain resident care documentation per regulations and policies.
• Assist with transportation when needed.
• Follow safety, infection control, and residents’ rights protocols.
• Assist with light cleaning, laundry, and room upkeep.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
