Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant/Caregiver for part-time overnight shifts (11 PM – 7 AM) to support residents in a warm, caring environment. You will assist with daily living tasks and help residents maintain comfort and dignity.

You will document shift notes, communicate needs to the Health Care Director, and participate in a team that values quality of life and respectful care. Flexible scheduling with opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Required: Compassion and empathy
• Prefer: Previous experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily resident care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, meals
• Monitor resident’s physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
• Document tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records
• Confidentially communicate urgent needs for the next shift and concerns to the Health Care Director
