Spring Arbor of Clover Hill is seeking part-time Resident Assistants / CNAs. The RA provides direct resident care under supervision, helping with daily living activities, dining support, and safety.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented, with dementia training for Ensemble Program communities. The position offers a first shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with weekend availability often required.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or senior living environments preferred.
• Must be 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Dementia training required for Ensemble Program communities; background checks and health screenings may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting).
• Support dining and meal service; help with activities and social engagement.
• Respond to emergency calls; document and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with residents, families, and staff with professionalism.
