Job summary

Spring Arbor Senior Living - Greensboro, part of Allegro Living, LLC, is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to provide hands-on care to Assisted Living residents in Greensboro, NC. The role supports daily activities, safety, and resident wellbeing across all shifts on a Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN basis.

You will assist with daily living tasks, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the Resident Services team to ensure personalized care and a positive community environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year health care experience preferred.
• Dementia training completion may be required for communities with Ensemble Program.
• Able to pass a criminal background screening.
• Willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and team in a friendly, service-oriented way.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, incontinence care).
• Maintain accurate records, including resident service plans and care documentation.
• Review each resident's service plan for personalized, consistent care.
• Communicate with the Resident Services team for continuity of care.
• Help promote a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Support daily programming and neighborhood operations.
