Job summary

Spring Arbor Cottages of Fredericksburg in Fredericksburg, VA, is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant / Caregiver (PCA/CNA) for 2nd or 3rd shift to support residents with evenings and overnight routines.

You will provide hands-on personal care, document care per plan, and collaborate with a caring team to keep residents safe and comfortable. CNA welcome but not required; dementia training and background screening may be required.

Qualifications

• Willing to work part-time on 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification welcome but not required for all Resident Assistant positions.
• Background screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, toileting, mobility, and other daily needs.
• Follow each resident’s care plan and document the care provided.
• Respond to residents’ needs throughout the shift.
• Communicate with teammates to keep care consistent.
