Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, youth development or related field is preferred.
• Experience in developing and managing youth apprenticeship programs with schools/industry partners.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement youth apprenticeship programs with educational and industry partners.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor apprenticeship offerings to youth and partners.
• Engage stakeholders to promote partnerships and secure program support.
• Develop recruitment strategies and manage application processes for youth participants.
• Collaborate on curriculum development aligned with industry standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of apprenticeship programs and provide guidance.
• Establish mentorship networks and support apprentices and mentors.
• Evaluate programs and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Stay informed on local and national policies affecting youth apprenticeships.
• Engage in professional development and networking to improve practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
