Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with adolescents and families, preferably in community-based settings.
• Experience with curriculum/workshops in workforce development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate weekly workforce readiness series for youth.
• Provide training in career exploration, resumes, professional communication, job applications, interviews.
• Incorporate budgeting, paychecks, and employment systems literacy into workshops.
• Ensure workshops lead to tangible outcomes like resumes, profiles, and job applications.
• Track participation and outcomes, maintain program documentation.
