Job summary

VisionQuest seeks an Education & Career Readiness Coordinator to centralize academic intervention, summer programming, and vocational curriculum development for youth served by the program. You will provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring and run an onsite summer school to strengthen learning and transitions to adulthood.

The role requires strong instructional skills, curriculum development ability, and a commitment to improving graduation and workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, behavioral sciences, human services, or related field.
• Experience in educational, tutoring, or vocational training settings.

Responsibilities

• Centralize academic intervention, summer programming, and vocational curriculum development for youth.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring and implement structured onsite summer school.
• Design curricula to prepare youth for successful transitions into adulthood and workforce readiness.
