Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience in workforce development or related fields is a plus.
• Strong data entry and case management abilities.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for apprenticeship programs across trades.
• Provide case management, career guidance, resumes, referrals, and follow-up.
• Maintain candidate records and program data in the database.
• Lead and supervise workshops and program offerings.
• Assist with outreach, orientations, trainings, and events.
• Track progress toward program goals with regular reports.
