Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to students and staff at multiple LCC locations.
• Assist with technology resource lending and tier 1 technical support.
• Communicate information clearly and maintain confidentiality as required.
• Work independently and with teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
