Job summary

Lansing Community College is seeking a Student Employee in Technology Resources to provide frontline support in the Technology Lab and in open computer lab spaces on the Downtown Campus and West Campus TLC.

This on-campus role builds customer service and tier 1 technical skills while you remain enrolled; regular campus presence is expected and work schedules may be adjusted by the college. Applicants should be current LCC students with availability up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student at Lansing Community College with active status.
• GPA requirement: minimum 2.0 unless first semester or waiver granted.
• Active pursuit of a certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree at LCC.
• International students must meet enrollment minimums each semester.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service and tier 1 technical support in the Technology Lab and open computer lab spaces.
• Support students, faculty and staff on-site and maintain Technology spaces at Downtown Campus TLC and West Campus TLC.
