This job posting is for a pooled position and will remain open for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Student employees in the Technology Resources area within the Technology Support Services department work independently within a team setting to provide exceptional customer service, tier 1 technical support, and frontline assistance to students, faculty and staff using on-site technology in the Technology Lab employee meeting & instruction spaces, and open computer lab spaces as needed. Technology Resources Support student employees help maintain and upkeep Technology spaces in the Downtown Campus TLC and West Campus TLC as needed.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
LCC policy requires all LCC employees to be residents of the State of Michigan and to perform all work (with limited exceptions) within the State of Michigan.
Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.
