Job summary

Lansing Community College is seeking a Student Employee in Technology Resources to deliver frontline assistance, tier 1 tech support, and exceptional customer service to students, faculty and staff at the Downtown Campus.

As a student employee, you will work up to 25 hours per week on-site, supporting technology spaces and labs, with a flexible schedule that may include hybrid arrangements as approved by the College.

Qualifications

• Experience related to troubleshooting electronics.
• Customer Service experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and frontline tech support to students, faculty and staff.
• Assist with maintaining and operating on-site technology in the labs and open spaces.
