Job summary

Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Part-Time Campus Store Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service and keep the campus store organized. You will assist with merchandise, operate the POS system, and support daily operations while engaging students, faculty, and alumni.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Help customers locate course materials, supplies, and merchandise.
• Operate POS and process transactions including cash and cards.
• Keep the sales floor organized and stocked; assist with inventory and merchandising.
• Support daily store operations and help with receiving and order fulfillment.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers confidently.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily priorities.
