Job summary

Barnes & Noble College is seeking part-time Campus Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain an organized sales floor, and support daily store operations. You will help customers find materials, process purchases, and stay knowledgeable about merchandise.

As part of a vibrant campus store environment, you will work a flexible schedule year-round, including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience is helpful, and DailyPay access is available to hourly staff.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Help customers locate materials and merchandise.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Build product knowledge to advise customers.
