BARNES & NOBLE COLLEGE in Reno, NV is seeking a Part-Time Campus Store Team Member to deliver a welcoming retail experience, help students and faculty locate course materials, and keep the sales floor neat, stocked, and organized.

You will greet customers, answer questions, operate the POS system, assist with inventory and receiving, merchandise with care, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily priorities in a fast-paced campus store.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, school supplies, apparel, gifts, and other merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions including cash, credit, and financial aid purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor through merchandising, replenishment, recovery, and housekeeping.
• Support daily store operations by assisting with inventory, receiving merchandise, order fulfillment, and other tasks.
• Develop product knowledge by staying informed about merchandise, promotions, services, and course materials.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to accomplish daily priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
