Job summary

Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Part-Time Campus Store Team Member to deliver an exceptional customer experience on a fast-paced campus store floor. You will help students locate materials, operate the POS, and keep the store organized and inviting.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods, to support daily store operations and campus life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, supplies, apparel, and other items.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor.
• Support inventory, receiving merchandise, and order fulfillment.
