Qualifications

• Ability to locate course materials, apparel, gifts, and other merchandise to assist customers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by greeting customers and answering questions.
• Assist customers in locating course materials and other products.
• Operate POS to handle cash, card, and financial aid purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor with stock and merchandising.
• Support inventory, receiving, and order fulfillment during busy periods.
