Job summary

Curry College is seeking a part-time Shuttle Van Driver to operate the 12-passenger campus shuttle between the Student Center and off-campus connections on a regular circuit. You will monitor ridership, log maintenance issues, and communicate with the Public Safety Office to ensure safe, comfortable transport for the campus community.

The role requires a high school diploma, an excellent driving record, and successful completion of background checks and Curry College Van Driver Training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Background checks including criminal history and drug screen are completed.
• Completion of Curry College Van Driver Training Program is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the 12-passenger Campus Shuttle Van from the Student Center to off-campus connections, ensuring a continuous circuit.
• Monitor ridership and log passenger numbers.
• Track and log van maintenance issues.
• Maintain contact with the Public Safety Office through Nextel.
• Observe safety regulations and report incidents promptly with passenger safety as priority.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and passenger relations.
