Responsibilities

• Safely operate College-owned passenger vans in accordance with all traffic laws.
• Transport students to field placements, internships, and approved educational experiences.
• Provide scheduled shuttle services to local stores and businesses in North Adams and surrounding communities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain transportation logs, mileage records, and passenger counts.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for use.
• Assist students with boarding and exiting vehicles as needed.
• Communicate professionally with students, faculty, staff, and partners.
• Respond to emergencies or travel disruptions and follow safety policies.
