Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• Current enrollment at the local university and status as a current/future resident is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct property and unit tours and present leasing options.
• Serve as first contact for inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain property appearance and operations to support leasing goals.
• Coordinate move-ins, events, and turnover activities.
• Assist with after-hours lockouts and on-site duties as scheduled.
• Promote the community positively and act as a campus ambassador.
• Utilize management systems to maximize leasing conversions.
