DaBella Exteriors Careers is hiring for part-time, on-site shifts to support our growing home-improvement business. You will place outbound calls to homeowners with provided leads, explain the value of a free in-home inspection, and schedule convenient inspection appointments.

COMPENSATION: PT Shift 1 Thurs, Fri, Sat (8:00 am – 5:00 pm): Starting at $19.00/hr + Uncapped Bonus!
PT Shift 2 Sat, Sun, Mon (8:00 am – 5:00 pm): Starting at $19.00/hr + Uncapped Bonus!

ROLE:

• Place outbound calls to homeowners (no cold calling – all leads are provided).
• Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and answer basic questions.
• Clearly explain the benefits of a free in-home inspection.
• Schedule inspection appointments at times convenient for the homeowner.
• Document all interactions and update scheduling systems accurately.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.
