Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Peabody, MA to bring the brand to life and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

You will connect with guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and build brand loyalty with a friendly, real you. You’ll work across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom, using the AEO Selling Model, resolving guest concerns, and supporting a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light loads.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and integrity.
