Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Akron to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an outstanding guest experience. You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, share brand love, and promote the loyalty program while fluidly moving between Salesfloor, fitting rooms and stock areas.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a people person, and commit to integrity and policy adherence as you support your team and ensure an engaging, memorable visit for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and delivering a positive guest experience.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced retail environments and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team and work collaboratively to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and maintain integrity.
