Job summary

AEO is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while embodying our values and integrity.

Armor your energy for a fast-paced retail environment; you’ll switch between Salesfloor, fitting room and stockroom as needed, and you’ll help keep guests smiling throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service using the AEO Selling Model to help guests find what they want.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
