AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to deliver engaging shopping experiences in our AE/Aerie stores. You’ll energize guests, share brand enthusiasm and educate them on products while promoting loyalty programs. The role flexes across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can energize guests.
• You can handle evenings, weekends and holidays with a positive attitude.
• Retail experience is a plus and enthusiasm for AE/Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom when needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while adhering to policy and staying friendly.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment to get the job done.
