Job summary

AEO in Knoxville, TN is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and represent our values with your real self.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom, build loyalty through our programs, resolve guest concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment while supporting store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following store policy.
• Support teamwork and contribute to achieving store goals.
