Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Natick, MA is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, creating an amazing shopping experience and making guests feel valued.

You will educate guests about AE and Aerie products, invite them to join the loyalty program, and flex across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom while upholding company policies. You’ll work evenings, weekends and holidays, and enjoy employee discounts with the brand.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flourish across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
