American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Natick, MA to bring our brand to life and provide an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and passionate about AE & Aerie products, building loyalty with every guest.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, using the AEO Selling Model and representing our values. Prior retail experience and a lively, team-focused attitude are helpful; must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• You’re available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You’re a people person! You engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player – #teamwork and uphold AEO policies & procedures.
