Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Natick, MA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily. You’ll provide every guest with an outstanding shopping experience and represent our values with authenticity.

In this role you’ll guide guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and encourage loyalty program participation. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and help the team get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
