Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Cambridge, MA is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while flexing across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

You should enjoy interacting with people, stay energetic in a fast-paced setting, and be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, retail preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to find products and provide a great shopping experience.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and loyalty programs.
• Maintain stockroom, fitting room, sales floor and cash wrap as needed.
• Resolve guest questions while following store policies.
• Collaborate with team to get tasks done.
