Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Winchester, VA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings our brand to life in-store. You’ll ensure every guest has an amazing shopping experience and feel our REAL brand values in action.

You’ll educate customers on AE & Aerie products, explain the loyalty program, and work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. If you love people, energy, and teamwork, this role could be for you.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays!).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• practice makes perfect
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting options to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Be a team player and assist teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
