Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Champaign, IL is hiring a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily and create an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, excited about AE and Aerie products, and ready to help guests find exactly what they need while building brand loyalty.

You will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest issues with care and inside policy.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
